Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for an onsite Hartford, CT role. You will lead consulting on industrial, manufacturing, and capital improvement projects from initiation through completion.

The position is full-time and onsite at a client site in Hartford, CT. Candidates should have 5–8 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred LEED AP, PMP, or CCM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Develop resource plans, RFPs, bid evaluations, and allocate project personnel.
• Implement governance and ensure data integrity in documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and monitor progress, risks, and contingencies.
• Provide innovative solutions and mentor team members.
