Job summary

STV Incorporated in Boston, MA is seeking a dynamic MEP Project Manager to join our Owner’s Project Management team. You will oversee design, engineering and construction on occupied campuses with focus on healthcare, life science and higher education projects in Massachusetts.

You will manage budget, schedule and quality, lead weekly OAC meetings, and interact with multiple stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• LEED AP, CPD, or PE certifications are preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience on similar projects in educational, institutional and life science environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, engineering and construction of multiple infrastructure projects on occupied campuses.
• Manage project budget, schedule and quality of work.
• Run weekly OAC meetings and follow-up activities.
