STV Incorporated in Philadelphia seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager-Healthcare to join our Owner’s Project Management team. You will oversee design, engineering and construction of multiple infrastructure projects on fully occupied campuses, manage budgets and schedules, and run weekly OAC meetings with stakeholders.

Required: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in hospital/healthcare projects; LEED AP, CPD or PE preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on Hospital/Healthcare projects.
• LEED AP, CPD, or PE certifications preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee design, engineering and construction on occupied campuses and infrastructure projects.
• Manage overall project budget, schedule and quality of work.
• Run weekly OAC meetings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project delivery cycle.
