Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated is seeking an MEP Project Manager-Healthcare to join our Owner’s Project Management team in the Philadelphia office. You will oversee the design, engineering and construction of multiple healthcare infrastructure projects on fully occupied campuses, including shut downs and tie-ins, while maintaining quality control and strong client relationships.

• Extensive MEP experience with healthcare projects.
• Familiar with building codes, central plant operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for client relations.
