Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a dynamic MEP Project Manager to join our Owner's Project Management team in the Boston, MA office.

This role involves overseeing the design, engineering and construction of infrastructure projects on occupied campuses, including healthcare, life science, and higher education clients in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules and quality, running weekly OAC meetings, and engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive MEP experience and familiarity with building codes and central plant operations.
• Mentoring team members and providing timely feedback is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to maintain client relations and repeat business.
• Clear presentation of technical material to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, engineering and construction of infrastructure projects on fully occupied campuses.
• Manage budget, schedule and quality, and run weekly OAC meetings and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
