Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated in Boston, MA seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to join the Owner’s Project Management team. You will oversee design, engineering and construction of multiple infrastructure projects on occupied campuses, coordinating with stakeholders and leading OAC meetings.

The role requires strong MEP expertise, familiarity with codes and central plant operations, and a minimum of 10 years on similar projects in education, institutional or life science environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive MEP experience with building codes and central plant ops.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Eng or equivalent.
• Min 10+ years on similar ed./institutional/life-science projects.
• LEED AP/CPD/PE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, engineering and construction of multiple infrastructure projects on occupied campuses.
• Manage budget, schedule and quality; run weekly OAC meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and handle shutdowns, tie-ins, and QC.
