Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive Assistant Project Manager/related consulting experience where applicable.
• Ability to utilize Vision to manage projects and understand CAD/BIM operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects ensuring alignment with contract terms.
• Prepare and manage project work scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop client communications and periodic status reports.
• Coordinate and track project deliverables and maintain electronic files.
• Support proposals and maintain client management to secure future work.
