Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the US MA region to lead mission-critical projects. The role oversees complex, multi-discipline efforts, managing budgets, schedules, and client communications.

You will develop scopes, supervise teams, and ensure performance aligns with contractual commitments while driving revenue and project success. The position requires extensive PM experience, an engineering/construction background, and proficiency with Vision and CAD/BIM tools.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive project management experience, or equivalent.
• Engineering or construction management degree with experience.
• Must understand design or commissioning project requirements.
• Proficiency with project management tools and CAD/BIM basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop project work scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage cost, scope, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Prepare client agreements and status reports.
• Coordinate deliverables and client communications.
• Lead meetings and reviews with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure quality of all technical work and invoices.
