Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead our engineering-led teams on major projects with a global manufacturing client. You will bring a strong mechanical/MEP background, be consultant-minded, and leverage Owner’s Representation experience to drive successful delivery.

The role requires coordinating across multi-discipline teams, managing field operations, and ensuring QA/QC and safety standards. On-site presence may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Field construction experience.
• Experience in manufacturing construction is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination across teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Strong client relationship management to maintain positive relations with stakeholders and leadership.
• Able to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical staff.
• Postgraduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience, including design and site work.
• Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience.
• Engineering/Construction/Architecture related degree at bachelor or postgraduate level.
• PM/Engineering certification such as PMP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all project stages.
• Support scheduler with progress updates.
• Coordinate field activities between GC, commissioning agent, and client.
• Conduct field walks with trades and coordination with architects and MEP team.
• Assist with project close-out documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and report issues.
• Review design drawings for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Perform QA/QC reviews for design documents before construction submission.
• Prepare progress reports and KPI tracking.
• Manage project information flow through meetings and written communications.
• Capture and share key learnings in internal databases.
• Highlight quality, safety, health, and environmental concerns to client and management.
