Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to work with our team and partner with a global manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with strong Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing construction beneficial.
• Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience.
• Project Management certification (PMP) or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicable engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Communicate with external and internal team members and stakeholders at all project stages.
• Support the scheduler with updates on progress.
• Coordinate field coordination between General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client.
• Conduct field walks with General Contractor and Sub-Contractor Trades.
• Attend field and punch walks with architect and MEP Engineering team.
• Help manage project close out documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC is followed and report issues/gaps.
• Review technical documentation for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Perform engineering QA/QC reviews for all design drawings before construction submission.
• Prepare reports on project progress, KPIs, and progress tracking.
• Manage flow of project information between team and client via meetings and written updates.
• Capture and input key learnings into internal databases and share them.
• Identify and communicate quality, safety, health and environmental issues.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
