Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Richmond, VA area. You will provide executive oversight of large commercial/industrial MEP projects, manage contracts, forecast costs, and coordinate schedules while leading and mentoring PMs and PEs.

You will drive project performance, ensure safety adherence, and collaborate with field leadership to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial or industrial project management experience.
• Experience managing projects with large scopes and budgets.
• Strong command of mechanical and/or electrical systems a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and safety regulation knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for large commercial/industrial MEP projects.
• Manage customer relations, contracts, and cost forecasting.
• Develop schedules and coordinate labor planning with field leaders.
• Mentor and develop PMs and PEs to raise execution standards.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
