KODIAK Construction Talent Solutions is seeking a licensed Master Electrician for commercial MEP projects in Richmond, VA. The role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervising electrical work on large-scale commercial sites.

The ideal candidate has a Master Electrician license, strong NEC knowledge, and a proven ability to lead teams, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure safety standards on site. Hours are full-time with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license.
• Commercial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC code requirements.
• Understanding of OSHA safety practices and jobsite safety standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot commercial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specs.
• Provide leadership to helpers and apprentices on site.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local codes.
• Work independently or oversee assigned electrical work with minimal supervision.
