Job summary

Multi-Family Construction Group is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of MEP projects in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise Project Coordinators and Assistant PMs to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 5–12 years of MEP project experience, with proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Spectrum, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M–$50M+).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects.
• Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
