Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Washington to oversee commercial MEP construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, lead project meetings, monitor changes, and mentor Project Engineers to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on commercial construction or MEP projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and small teams.
• Strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, costs, and change orders.
