Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Mechanical MEP Manager to lead MEP delivery across large-scale data center projects. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls from design through closeout, guiding constructability and risk management while mentoring MEP teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in MEP construction, data center experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering.
• 10+ years of MEP construction management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience with data centers and general contractors required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, electrical distribution, plumbing and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP strategy and execution across large-scale data center projects.
• Develop constructable designs with engineering and trade partners.
• Manage cost, schedule, QA/QC, and risk across preconstruction and execution.
• Lead RFP development, pre-bid planning, and subcontractor selection.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and BMS systems.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subs, OEMs, and internal teams.
