Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on mission-critical data center projects. You will work with project teams, contractors, and commissioning personnel to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years managing MEP in data centers, strong understanding of critical infrastructure, and experience with commissioning, IST, and MOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mission-critical/data center infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.
• Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and integrated systems testing (IST).
• Working knowledge of Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and change management processes within live critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project priorities in a fast-paced data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage scopes from construction through commissioning and project turnover.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Support commissioning activities, including startup, functional testing, IST, and turnover to operations.
• Review, develop, and execute MOP documentation to ensure safe work and no disruption to critical operations.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to project leadership in line with team standards.
