Job summary

Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing delivery for large data center programs. You will own procurement, subcontractor management and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence across multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years delivering complex MEP packages on large construction projects.
• Experience in data centers or other critical facilities.
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Select, onboard and manage specialist subcontractors.
• Oversee technical reviews, bids, submittals and change control.
• Monitor site progress and align with programme milestones.
• Coordinate with BIM teams, trades and site leadership.
• Ensure documentation, testing and close-out processes.
