Job description

We’re looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale data center projects across the U.S.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically complex environments and has experience managing MEP-intensive construction from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of MEP scopes on data center projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Lead coordination between MEP subcontractors, engineers, and field teams
• Oversee procurement of major equipment (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, etc.)
• Drive RFI, submittal, and change order processes
• Ensure alignment between construction activities and commissioning milestones
• Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule and sequencing of MEP work
• Interface directly with clients, consultants, and commissioning agents
• Support risk management, QA/QC, and project reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing MEP scopes
• Background in data centers, mission critical, or large MEP-driven projects
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, and controls
• Experience with commissioning and turnover processes
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6
• Ability to manage multiple scopes and stakeholders simultaneously
• Willingness to travel or work on project-based assignments
