Pond & Company seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead MEP design across multiple markets. The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, and piping, with mentorship of junior engineers and support for proposals.

The engineer will guide projects from concept planning to construction documentation while collaborating with teams nationwide. Candidates should have 10+ years MEP experience, PE licensure or PE exam progress, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of related MEP experience.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and BIM.
• Experience mentoring and training employees.
• Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts and interfacing with clients.
• PE License required, or passage of the PE exam with licensure pending.
