Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking a Plumbing Designer to join our Professional Design Services team in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of MEP plumbing experience and will contribute to a broad range of federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial projects, moving from concept plans to construction documentation.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and leverage Revit/BIM to develop detailed plumbing systems while aligning with UFC, CSI, and

Qualifications

8+ years of plumbing experience in a MEP environment.
Proficiency in Revit/BIM.
EIT or PE certification is a plus.
Managerial experience and ability to mentor junior team members is a plus.
Familiarity with UFC and its implementation in federal/DoD/state projects is a plus.
Experience using CSI or SpecsIntact for project specifications is a plus.
Knowledge of domestic water, storm, sanitary, and venting design is a plus.
Experience in construction cost estimating and life cycle cost analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design plumbing and MEP systems for federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
