Lamda Development SA is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead all MEP services for our Residential and mixed-use projects. You will manage from design through construction, ensuring code compliance and successful commissioning, reporting to the Development Director.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in MEP on multi-disciplinary residential developments, with strong knowledge of buildability, budgets, and Greek/Euro-codes, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; PM certification is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of all MEP services for Residential and mixed-use projects.
• Ensure Employer's requirements are captured and that all systems are code compliant and commissioned.
• Review MEP design drawings, calculations, technical submissions, shop drawings, materials, certificates and respond to RFIs.
• Provide constructability, value engineering and cost feedback during design and construction.
• Attend MEP SME design review meetings, progress meetings, interface meetings, risk management and commissioning meetings.
• Assist in pre-development budgeting and development of project time schedules.
• Assist with MEP design and construction contracts and administer contracts with MEP Contractors/Subcontractors.
• Interview and qualify Contractor/Vendor candidates for project needs.
