Responsibilities

• Manage MEP projects from design through construction and closeout
• Lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Help resolve design, coordination, and construction issues
• Attend client meetings, project meetings, site visits, and construction meetings
• Track project progress, budgets, changes, and deadlines
• Assist with permitting, submittals, RFIs, and construction administration
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify additional project opportunities

What You’ll Do:

• Manage MEP projects from initial design through construction and closeout
• Lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Help resolve design, coordination, and construction issues
• Attend client meetings, project meetings, site visits, and construction meetings
• Track project progress, budgets, changes, and deadlines
• Review proposals, estimates, and project requirementsAssist with permitting, submittals, RFIs, and construction administration
• Maintain strong client relationships and help identify additional project opportunities
• Mentor and support engineers and designers on project teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience with MEP/building projects
• Experience managing commercial building projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience working with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, scope, and multiple projects
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Experience reviewing construction documents and technical designs
• Ability to identify and resolve project issues
• Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• PE, PMP, or other professional certification is a plus
• Experience with design-build or construction administration is a plus
