Job summary

Lamda Development SA is seeking a Tenant Coordination Senior Associate (MEP) to lead MEP scope coordination for large-scale developments. The role interacts with the Tenant Coordination Team, Leasing, and Development to ensure tenancy implementations align with commercial agreements and design guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, relevant certifications, and 10–15 years of experience in retail, offices, or hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certification in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Proven ability to work in large multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP scope for the project with the Tenant Coordination Team.
• Integrate smart technologies and explore innovative solutions for tenancies.
• Support the TCT Coordinator in tenancy implementations.
• Act as liaison between Leasing and Development for agreements and specs.
• Review MEP-related tenancy issues and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor utilities and update Commercial Plans with leasing progress.
• Collaborate across Lamda departments and participate in coordination meetings.
