Job summary

MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) seeks senior project managers with extensive experience in designing and constructing higher education laboratory facilities. You will lead lab projects from design through construction, coordinating owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining program objectives and budgets.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical, professional registration or CCM, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in lab/MEP projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical with lab/MEP project experience.
• Knowledge of lab design, code requirements, and consultant selection processes.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab projects from design through construction and coordinate owner, designer, contractor, and stakeholders.
• Serve as key client contact and support senior PM leaders.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage design budgets and ensure adherence to client standards.
