Job summary

MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) seeks leaders in design and construction to support delivery of complex projects and programs in the Washington/Baltimore DC metropolitan area. Applicants should have 10+ years of combined education/experience and advanced knowledge in MEP systems, QA/QC, and construction management.

Responsibilities include pre-construction and on-site owner representation, cost/schedule/quality management, and coordinating multi-party teams to ensure successful delivery of lab,

Qualifications

• Progressive career development in construction management or related fields.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and field engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and contract specs.
• Experience with owner representation on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-construction and on-site owner representation for medium to large projects.
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality on behalf of client/owner.
• Lead or support progress meetings and document minutes.
• Verify QA inspections and contract compliance.
• Coordinate commissioning and closeout activities.
