Job summary

MBP is seeking an experienced project manager for higher education laboratory facilities. You will guide projects from design through construction, coordinating owners, designers, and contractors while maintaining client standards and budgets.

The role requires a BS in Architecture or related field, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership with knowledge of lab design and MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience on laboratory projects for higher education or healthcare.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and strong budgeting skills.
• Familiarity with codes, MEP systems, and project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab projects from design through construction.
• Coordinate owner, designer, contractor, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor design process and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to client design standards.
• Serve as key client contact and provide leadership to the team.
• Review plans, approvals, and consultant progress throughout.
