Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Estimator for a full-time traveling role supporting data center, pharmaceutical, industrial, and EV/battery projects. The role focuses on Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection estimates from concept through construction, with oversight of large, complex scopes.

You will develop take-offs, pricing, and life-cycle considerations while coordinating with design teams, owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 15+ years estimating experience or equivalent combination
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and project schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility for complex projects with MEP packages of $25M+
• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and studies for Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection
• Communicate estimate scopes to Turner staff, architects, engineers, and owners
• Develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Lead MEP initiatives and project pursuits
• Assist with evaluation of change orders
