Turner Construction Company’s Advanced Technology Group seeks an experienced estimator for critical facilities and data center projects nationwide. The role focuses on Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and LV systems with remote work flexibility within the United States.

The position carries a salary range of 134,000–180,000 USD annually, with comprehensive benefits and potential supervisory duties. A strong biotech/pharma background is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/related field and minimum of 3 years estimating experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and LV systems
• Knowledge of MEP systems and related estimations
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules for cost analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration with vendors, partners, and project teams

Aufgaben

• Communicate estimate scopes to Turner staff, architects, engineers, and owners
• Prepare quantity take-offs, analysis, estimates for MEP systems
• Analyze site conditions and contract documents to determine scope
• Develop relationships with suppliers and trade partners for pricing
• Perform constructability analysis and life cycle cost discussions
• Coordinate equipment pricing with SourceBlue
• Prepare estimates for different contract types
• Participate in estimate reviews with Design team and client
• Lead hand-off to Operations and knowledge transfer
• Supervise estimators and interns where applicable
