Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Preconstruction/MEP Estimator for a full-time traveling role supporting advanced technology data center projects. You will prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection from concept through construction, and coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 15+ years of estimating experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation for complex MEP projects (25M+).
• Prepare quantity take-offs, analyses, and estimates for Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners on scope and costs.
• Supervise Estimating staff and interns as needed.
• Develop vendor/subcontractor pricing and bid lists.
• Perform constructability reviews and life-cycle cost analyses.
