Qualifications

• Ten (10) years minimum of recent professional experience in complete cost estimates for building construction, including 5–7 years in MEP estimating.
• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; year-for-year substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop estimates and perform material takeoffs; review bids and change orders.
• Collaborate with PMO, engineers, and architects to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering.
