The Estimator IV (MEP) is a senior-level role responsible for preparing and reviewing construction cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities include developing estimates, performing material takeoffs, reviewing contractor bids and change orders, analyzing project costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Candidates must have at least 10 years of construction estimating experience, including 5–7 years specializing in MEP estimating.
BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related degree.Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
