The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of MEP consulting experience, strong project management skills, and a passion for HVAC design and team development.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing HVAC system designs, leading local teams, and maintaining key client relationships while ensuring high-quality engineering solutions on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MEP consulting/design experience in the Denver market.
• Strong project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor local MEP design teams.
• Manage HVAC system selection, engineering, and design.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical analyses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery and construction administration activities.
• Support business development and team growth initiatives.
