Qualifications

• PE Licensed is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven mechanical design experience for building systems.
• Strong leadership and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with ASHRAE codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HVAC and plumbing design projects for building systems.
• Oversee a team of drafters and consultants; ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with project leadership to develop plans and scopes.
• Document designs in Revit/AutoCAD and prepare concepts and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and gather field data for reports and validations.
• Mentor staff and maintain client, consultant, and agency relationships.
