Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a skilled professional to lead 3D coordination efforts for large commercial projects. You will manage BIM workflows, coordinate BEP adoption with trades, and drive issue resolution across design and construction teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in construction PM or superintendent roles, a BS in Engineering or Construction Science, and proven capability in MOP planning and commissioning preparation.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience on large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience as or working with a construction project manager or superintendent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D coordination processes, file management, minutes, and discussions.
• Manage 3D coordination schedule and milestone progress.
• Distribute BEP and enforce implementation with trade partners.
