Clune Construction Company seeks an experienced professional to lead 3D coordination, enforce the BIM Execution Plan, and guide MOP-driven commissioning on large commercial projects.

The role emphasizes coordination with trade partners, document control, and advancing milestones while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Strong BIM and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Science or combination of equivalent education and experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience as or working with a construction project manager or superintendent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 3D coordination process through file management, meeting minutes, and leading discussions.
• Manage the 3D coordination schedule, updates, and progress towards project milestones.
• Distribute the BEP to all necessary trade partners and enforce its implementation.
• Document coordination issues for team review; draft RFIs and track responses.
• Review drawings and draft an initial MOP log for project kickoff.
• Manage the MOP log, host weekly meetings, and guide the team through the process.
• Review MEP installations to verify compliance with plans, codes, and standards.
• Validate MEP installations using BIM software.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve OFCI and commissioning deficiencies; maintain documentation.
