Job summary

Clune Construction Company is seeking a skilled BIM and commissioning professional to lead 3D coordination and MEP validation on large commercial projects. You will manage the BIM Execution Plan, drive MOP planning, and coordinate with vendors to resolve OFCI issues.

The role requires documenting coordination activities, maintaining CxAlloy or similar platforms, and guiding project teams through commissioning and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years on large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience with project managers or superintendents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3D coordination process, manage file storage, and record meeting minutes.
• Develop and track the 3D coordination schedule toward key milestones.
• Distribute and enforce the BIM Execution Plan with trade partners.
• Draft and track coordination RFIs, resolutions, and issues.
• Review drawings and draft an initial MOP log for project kickoff.
• Manage the MOP log, host weekly meetings, guide teams through processes.
• Review MEP installations for code compliance and BIM validation.
• Set up and maintain CxAlloy or approved commissioning platforms.
• Train partners on checklists, documentation, and processes.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve OFCI and commissioning issues.
