Clune Construction Company in Austin, TX seeks a seasoned BIM/Commissioning Lead to oversee 3D coordination, develop schedules, and manage the BIM Execution Plan. You will drive issue resolution with EORs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure MEP installations meet design and code requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, construction experience on large commercial projects, and the ability to train teams on CxAlloy and commissioning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience on large commercial construction projects.
• Experience collaborating with a construction project manager or superintendent.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight of the 3D coordination process.
• Develop detailed 3D coordination schedules.
• Write and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Lead formal coordination issue resolution with the EOR and RFIs.
• Identify critical procedures and align execution timing with project milestones.
• Describe procedures, risks, and mitigations for MOPs.
• Create a detailed MOP log for budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage the MOP log, review drafts, and lead weekly meetings.
• Review MEP installations for compliance with plans, specs, codes, and standards.
• Validate MEP installations using BIM.
• Support Level 4 script reviews and resolve scope errors.
• Set up and maintain CxAlloy or approved commissioning platform; train partners.
• Create or revise commissioning docs and forms.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and trade partners to resolve deficiencies.
• Assess design constructability and advise alternatives.
• Oversee OFCI documentation and resolution.
