Job summary

Lochridge-Priest, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction initiatives in Texas. You will drive safety, schedule, and budget performance while guiding project teams to deliver client-focused results.

Responsibilities include strategic direction from preconstruction through closeout, managing risk, and maintaining strong relationships with owners and general contractors. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Demonstrated success leading large projects or multiple project teams with responsibility for financial results, scheduling, contracts, and client relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction practices, drawings, specifications, and trade coordination.
• Ability to travel to assigned jobsites and company locations as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for large-scale MEP construction projects.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and financial reporting.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop project teams.
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction on bids and readiness.
• Lead or participate in executive reviews and client meetings.
• Ensure complete project closeout and lessons learned.
