Job summary

Lochridge-Priest Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead senior-level management of complex MEP construction projects in our Central Texas footprint, including Fort Worth sites.

You will drive safe execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with Operations, estimators, field leaders, and executives to deliver on strategic commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent construction experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial or industrial construction with MEP projects.
• Proven success leading large projects or multiple project teams with financial responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of MEP construction practices, drawings, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive oversight for large-scale MEP construction projects.
• Drive safety culture, financial performance, scheduling, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations, estimators, field leadership, and executives.
• Provide strategic direction and resolve significant project risks.
• Mentor and develop project managers and teams.
