Job summary

HRWORK is seeking an accomplished Project Manager for large-scale MEP construction in Dallas, Texas. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years of MEP construction and project management experience, a related engineering degree, and fluency in English. Willingness to travel and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid U.S. visa and have no criminal record.
• Strong knowledge of engineering industry standards and regulations, especially MEP installation works and inspection/acceptance.
• Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in MEP construction and project management with independent team leadership.
• Excellent communication, coordination, judgment, decision-making, and planning skills; willing to travel frequently.
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of contractual responsibilities and coordinate with Client and Contractor.
• Prepare and review construction organization plans and method statements for client approval.
• Oversee project construction management, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Manage safety, schedule tracking, quality, variation orders, and cost control to deliver safely on time.
• Comply with client PM requirements and participate in coordination meetings.
• Develop commissioning plans and oversee equipment acceptance and handover.
• Handle permits, documentation, and project records; coordinate inspections and approvals.
• Manage project costs, handle additional works, and pursue payment collection.
• Travel as required to meet project needs and site conditions.
