Job summary

Leader Engineering Limited in Texas seeks an experienced MEP Director (PE licensed in Electrical) to lead complex infrastructure projects. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, ensure delivery aligns with technical specs, safety standards and budget requirements, and coordinate across departments from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in related roles, a PE license, and a strong background in construction management, MEP systems, and large-scale project leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing engineering.
• Professional Engineer license valid in Texas and other states.

Responsibilities

• Project resource allocation – making assignments.
• Provide technical direction and support to project team.
• Quality assurance.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Facilitate project scope, goals and product definitions.
• Respond to customer service inquiries.
• Regulatory research and site data gathering.
• Civil 3D design, Revit design and production.
• Provide technical guidance and market location input.
• Assist in recruiting, annual evaluations, coaching.
• Continuing education and leadership development.
• Regular client communication and problem solving.
