Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project or construction management experience.
• 5+ years of MEP systems experience with respect to preconstruction and construction management.
• Certifications such as PMP or LEED are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage laboratory construction and renovation projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, scientists, researchers and stakeholders to assess requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, budget, schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety guidelines and client requirements.
