Job summary

Community Partners in Action, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mentor for the REGIONS-Site Secure Residential Treatment Program for male youth. This 2nd shift position runs Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, offering a supportive, trauma-informed environment in Hamden, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with youth/residential program experience.
• Knowledge of the juvenile justice system and gender-specific needs.
• Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings/nights and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Youth Mentors and staff on shift.
• Transport clients to appointments in community with safety protocols.
• Oversee safety, behavior management, and de-escalation.
• Ensure logs, incident reports, inspections, and forms are completed.
• Provide supervision and training to Youth Mentors.
