Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field and a minimum of three years’ experience in providing case management services to individuals with mental illness.
• Supervisory or managerial experience for a mental health program desirable.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse people across levels.
• Knowledge of agency procedures, policies, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to case management staff and ensure appropriate enrollment and service planning.
• Direct and supervise personnel, schedules, and time/attendance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate billing/documentation.
• Oversee data, records, and reports; monitor quality and program outcomes.
• Manage crisis intervention services and staff development activities.
