Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides Clinical Oversight to Case Management Staff and oversees intake, screening, and eligibility processes.
• Supervises assessment, reassessment, and development of comprehensive case management and service coordination plans.
• Directs staff in crisis intervention services and ensures timely documentation and reporting.
• Manages recruitment, scheduling, performance management and staff development activities.
• Maintains program accountability, billing, and office administration; ensures compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees data, records, reports, audits, and quality assurance processes.
• Fosters community relations and partnerships with stakeholders and ensures fiscal controls and revenue maximization.
