Job summary

CRF in San Diego seeks an Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director in daily operations, staff management, and quality assurance. The role oversees admissions, coordinates with community providers, and supervises the direct service team.

The position requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, California licensure strongly preferred, and at least two years in a mental health setting with supervisory experience. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
• Two years of experience in a mental health setting required.
• Supervisory experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director with day-to-day operations, including staff management, client care, and quality assurance.
• Oversee admissions and coordinate with other providers and community resources.
• Provide supervision to direct service team members as assigned.
• Participate in staffing management, including interviews, training, payroll, and evaluations.
• Ensure productivity targets are met and monitor service units per contract.
• Monitor treatment programs and client care, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Carry an active caseload while maintaining administrative duties as needed.
