Job summary

CRF in San Diego seeks an Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director in daily operations, staff management, and quality assurance. The role oversees admissions, coordinates with community providers, and supervises the direct service team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director with day-to-day operations, including staff management, client care, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee admissions and coordinate with other providers and community resources.
  • Provide supervision to direct service team members as assigned.
  • Participate in staffing management, including interviews, training, payroll, and evaluations.
  • Ensure productivity targets are met and monitor service units per contract.
  • Monitor treatment programs and client care, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Carry an active caseload while maintaining administrative duties as needed.
