Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices.
• Experience leading engineering project teams and executing verification and characterization plans.
• Strong knowledge of mixed-signal circuits; hands-on electronics lab instrumentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a team of engineers responsible for validation, characterization, and release-to-production of MEMS-based timing products.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and manage projects across different sites.
• Plan and execute device verification and characterization.
• Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware for automated data acquisition and analysis.
