Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Staff Product Engineer to lead the development and ramp of advanced mixed‑signal timing products. You will own product engineering from concept through end‑of‑life, collaborating with Design, Test, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to meet datasheet specs, JEDEC/AEC standards, and customer requirements.

The role drives test strategy, qualification, BOM management, yield optimization, and supplier/customer issue resolution, with leadership across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering.
• Strong understanding of analog and mixed‑signal circuits and DFT concepts.
• Experience with ATE tester platforms and test strategies.
• Experience with JEDEC/AEC standards and stress‑test conditions.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication in English for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end product engineering ownership from concept to end‑of‑life.
• Define and execute ATE test, product qualification, and manufacturing strategies.
• Lead NPI and product releases into manufacturing with Tier 1 compliance.
• Develop datasheets, automotive compliance docs, and technical reports.
• Own BOM release and supplier/customer excursion resolution.
• Drive yield improvement via data analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate progress to leadership.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross‑functional decisions.
