The position emphasizes building scalable test systems, defining roadmaps, and leveraging automation and AI to improve workflows and product introductions.

Qualifications

Minimum MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
Experience as a technical leader with deep-dive debugging and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Lead a geographically diverse team of engineers developing test and automation solutions.
Define test strategies/roadmap and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive cross-functional workflow improvements including automation, simulation, and AI.
Provide technical oversight and strategic guidance for the team.
Deep dive when needed to solve tough technical challenges.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new product development and introduction activities.
Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve.
