Jobot is seeking a Principal Engineer, Product Validation in Santa Clara, CA. This on-site, permanent role leads a high-visibility team responsible for validating MEMS-based timing products from design through production.

  • Strong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits.

  • Excellent programming skills with MATLAB and/or Python.

Job Summary

The Principal Product Validation Engineer will lead and contribute to productization of our revolutionary timing devices. In this highly visible role, we are looking for passionate, self‑starters who can work cross‑functionally to ensure system‑level performance of our products and help solve the world's toughest timing problems. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role is $148,320.00 to $203,940.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals, reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
