This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role where you'll build and lead a team of validation engineers shaping the next generation of MEMS timing products. You'll work cross‑functionally across MEMS design, circuit design, and production, with real influence over silicon evaluation and system architecture. Compensation is competitive with base salary up to $203,940, plus quarterly innovation bonuses, equity, and a strong benefits package. The Principal Product Validation Engineer will lead and contribute to productization of our revolutionary timing devices. In this highly visible role, we are looking for passionate, self‑starters who can work cross‑functionally to ensure system‑level performance of our products and help solve the world's toughest timing problems. The annual base salary range for this role is $148,320.00 to $203,940.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.
